umm, a lot of these things are not "hospital bag" essentials. first off, i can't imagine bringing your own clothing to the hospital. it is just an invitation to ruin them. next, hospitals, or at least the one i was in (which was a fairly pathetic hospital, so i'm sure a lot of others do as well) had nipple cream and breast pads. i think this list could have better been called "at home essentials for breastfeeding" ...
